Best Paper Award at the HICSS 2023

⭐️ Exciting news! Our research paper "Citizens' Expectations about Achieving Public Value and the Role of Digital Technologies: It Takes Three to Tango!" has been awarded the best paper in the Digital Government track at the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS).

🙏🏻 My appreciation goes to my co-authors Kilian Sprenkamp and Birgit Schenk, to the minitrack and track chairs Antonio Cordella, Francesco Gualdi, Frank Bannister, Kyung R. Park, Mila Gasco Hernandez, and Christian Schaupp who nominated and selected our work, and to the piece of luck that we all sometimes need in academia.

🎉This award stresses the importance of understanding the role of digital technologies in achieving public value, and the need for a collaborative effort between citizens, government, civil society organisations, businesses, and technology providers.
